MY Fit Fam DC is an interactive family fitness festival designed to introduce residents of the District of Columbia and its surrounding areas to the many ways to keep a family fit.  

Milton Yates Lifestyle has partnered with Whole Foods Market, Events DC and many others within the DC community to promote the ideals of communal, financial, mental, and physical health.  

All Ages welcome and admission/participation is absolutely free.

This four hour activation will take place at Gateway DC located in Ward 8 on the campus of St. Elizabeth's on Saturday the 9th of July 2016, 10a - 2p.
